Derek Draper

Derek passed away in April aged 92

Such sad news about Derek. He had been a SCoM member for a long time. Many of us have good memories of him on Club Holidays and Club walks, and especially for his blunt sense of humour, however underneath he was kind hearted.

Derek was on a City Walk a while ago, and he said to me: "I enjoy reading the Newsletters Chris”, and I knew he was sincere.
