Tour Operator: Crystal
Resort report: We last visited Cervinia and the Petit Palais in 2022. You can read the reports by Chris Fildes & John Taylor here and here.
Resort information from the Crystal web site:
Get the best of both worlds with excellent snow conditions and long hours of sunshine on some of Europe’s highest slopes. As well as glacier skiing on the Klein Matterhorn, Cervinia’s packed with wide and cruisy runs, which are great for beginners and intermediates. And with ski school at the top of the gondola, even first-timers get the impressive views from day one. Fancy skiing two countries on one holiday? With an area pass you can explore the more challenging runs of Zermatt in Switzerland.
At the top of the Aosta Valley, the compact town’s centred around a car-free, cobbled street where you can browse the shops and visit streetside cafés. And when it comes to après, it’s a more sophisticated affair — grab post-ski drinks on sun terraces overlooking the home runs or head back to your hotel and get dressed up before checking out the lively bars and nightclubs.
