The committee discussed the continued success of the Chill Factore coaching sessions. This season the sessions have been very busy, and the club have received good feedback (especially on the mogul sessions). With the groups getting large, next season it is likely that the club will considering extra instructors for the Thursday sessions.
As always, the committee considered this season and next season holidays. Three members withdrew from Cervinia in Jan and we also discussed the details around wearing masks and the specific mandatory requirement for FFP2 Level masks (David added this to his holiday communication). Four new members attended Cervinia holiday.
Now that all holidays are (almost) finalised for 2022/2023 season, the committee decided on the release and booking dates for these holiday (more information within this newsletter).
The committee also discussed club merchandise with growing demand for SCoM hoodies, Ruth took away an action to investigate this.
There is now regular slot on the agenda for sustainability discussions, led by Jen Bridgeland. As a committee we are still brainstorming on what we can do to make an impact in this domain, during the last meeting it was agreed that we would write to the Chill Factore to understand if they are working towards a sustainability mission.
